Terms and Conditions VinoQ

Welcome to VinoQ. These terms and conditions apply to all use of our website (www.vinoq.wine and 4a2296-ef.myshopify.com), use of our services, and the purchase of our products. By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2️⃣ Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries by VinoQ, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, or that you have permission from your legal guardian.

3️⃣ Products and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping costs will be specified separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices and to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

4️⃣ Order and payment

Your order is final once you have received an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information if needed.
Payments are processed securely via our payment providers.

5️⃣ Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the indicated timeframe. Exceeding the delivery period does not give the right to compensation.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with VinoQ until delivery to you or a designated third party.

6️⃣ Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.
You can exercise this right by sending us a clear statement by email or using the European model withdrawal form.
You must return the products to us within 14 days after withdrawal.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your return.

👉 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Opened or used products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Custom-made or personalized products.

7️⃣ Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, and reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

If a product does not meet the agreement, please notify us within a reasonable period after discovery.

8️⃣ Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We handle your data carefully and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided.

9️⃣ Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at info@vinoq.wine. We aim to respond within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of the complaint, you can submit it to the EU's ODR platform.

10️⃣ Liability

VinoQ is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

11️⃣ Use of the website

You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful software, or to infringe on the rights of others.
Links to third-party websites are for information only. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

12️⃣ Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes, you agree to the revised terms.

13️⃣ Governing law

These terms and conditions and any agreements between you and us are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
